ODP Traineeship:

ODP members will have the opportunity to learn about state of-the-art methods of manufacturing/operations through structured course work and practical application. Coursework includes: Project Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Change Acceleration Process, Six Sigma, Presentation Skills, and LEAN Manufacturing Operations.

Members are also certified in Six Sigma. ODP is designed to successfully integrate manufacturing with other key business processes. Possible job rotations may include: 

• Leading a manufacturing team in production;
• Key engineering projects with significant financial impact;
• Driving process improvements in our Chemical & Compounding Operation units;
• Improve quality and production of products through LEAN/cost reduction.

This combined experience positions ODP members for accelerated career growth.

• Masters degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering;
• Excellent academic track record;
• Passionate for Manufacturing/Operations;
• Geographically mobile within Europe;
• Willingness to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process;
• You must have unrestricted authorization to work in Europe.
